Pioneering collaborative, creative solutions

Our focus is on ensuring safe rail transit operations, by monitoring manual work, equipment, and environment in multiple dimensions. With a long-term tracking system in place, we are equipped to provide a comprehensive product and service solution for intelligent field operations.

Intelligent Driver Management System

Drivers are the first line of defense for transit safety. In order to ensure operational safety, drivers must perform standardized operations and maintain a clear mental state while working. Traditional manual audits conduct spot checks by extracting in-vehicle videos, a method that has low coverage, high work intensity, and high levels of subjective human judgment.

Through our AI video analysis technology, we can intelligently analyze drivers’ standardized gestures as well as driving status. Detecting information including drivers’ closed eyes, lowered head, yawning, etc., our technology identifies safety hazards with accuracy and efficiency. These analysis results are fed back to a control center to be monitored in real time.

Intelligent Rail Flaw Detection System

After extensive operation and exposure to the environment, faults can appear along the rail line. Regular inspection along the full length of the rail is mandatory and traditionally includes demanding professional requirements, high training costs and long training cycles. To solve manual workload inefficiencies, our system uses AI technologies including modeling and deep learning to improve the accuracy rate of rail flaw identification. Addressing the shortcomings of traditional rail inspection, our system’s intelligent fault-in-rail analysis method is based on multimodal fusion of collected data. With rapid recognition speed and one-click reporting, our technology effectively advances the safety and efficiency of rail transit for all.

Intelligent Tunnel Inspection System

Abnormalities in subway tunnels pose a risk to passenger safety, especially in crucial urban areas. Due to a limited maintenance window, harsh working conditions, and risk of missed inspections, tunnel maintenance efficiency may be low.

To improve the safety and productivity of inspections, our AI image analysis technology immediately identifies foreign objects and abnormalities. This automatic detection system combines functions including target detection, image calibration, and target anomaly analysis to recognize any and all potential hazards. Issues such as the detachment of rail lines, abnormal opening of ancillary equipment boxes, and water leakage are quickly analyzed and addressed.

Intelligent Overhead Contact System (OCS) Analysis System

Railway OCS maintenance is essential to ensure the safety of railway operations. However, traditional inspection methods have limitations such as low efficiency and high manual fatigue. Our intelligent catenary image recognition and analysis system, developed with computer vision and deep learning technology, allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of railway catenary status. The system automatically processes and analyzes catenary images, intelligently identifying and evaluating the catenary status, improving the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.

Intelligent Facial Analysis

Our advanced computer vision technology is used to analyze drivers’ facial expression, eye movement, posture and other behavioral characteristics in intelligent transportation scenarios. Deep learning algorithms such as Haar and CNN are used to detect and track facial features in real time while simultaneously building an accurate AI recognition model. This model effectively phases out problems such as eyeglass glare, thereby ensuring the safety of train operation.

Human Posture Recognition Analysis

Based on deep learning algorithms such as CNN, RNN, and ResNet, and integrating feature design methods such as support vector machines and random forests, we have been able to identify various postures and features of the human body with excellent accuracy and speed. At present, this technology has been applied and implemented in intelligent transportation scenarios. Our technology implements a standardized recognition model with the ability to detect train drivers' gesture movements, ensuring the safety and performance of rail transit operation.

Safety Inspection

AI image analysis is used to implement advanced technologies such as target detection, image calibration, target change detection, and target abnormality analysis. This technology effectively prevents major driving safety issues including foreign object intrusion in tunnels, line detachment, abnormal opening of accessory equipment boxes, water leakage, and more. The work efficiency of tunnel maintenance personnel is also greatly improved.
